Returns

We gladly accept returns for both defective and non-defective items. All returned products must be in new and unused condition and include original packaging, accessories, and tags. Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, we are happy to assist. Exchanges are accepted within 30 days, provided that the product remains in new condition and meets our return requirements.

Return Method

All returns and exchanges are handled by mail only. To begin the process, please contact our customer service team at info@tessatrend.com with your order details. Once your request has been approved, a return label will be provided for you to download and print.

Return Shipping Cost

We want to make returns easy and stress-free. There is no cost for return shipping, as Tessa Trend covers all expenses associated with approved returns.

Restocking Fees

There are no restocking fees for returned or exchanged items.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been successfully processed.

Currency

All refunds are made in GBP. If your payment was made in another currency, please note that your financial institution may apply its own exchange rates or additional fees, which are beyond our control.
